1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LoveDrop. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are legally permitted to use dating and social platforms in your jurisdiction
• You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring that information in your profile is accurate and up to date
• Any content you upload, post, or transmit through the platform

You may not create accounts on behalf of other persons, use automated tools to create accounts, or transfer your account to another person.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use LoveDrop to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
• Upload or share illegal content, including content involving minors
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Solicit money, financial information, or personal data from other users
• Promote escort services, prostitution, or any form of commercial sexual activity
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By uploading content to LoveDrop, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice or liability.

You represent and warrant that any content you post does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

5. Virtual Currency and Payments

LoveDrop uses virtual currencies (PTS and PS) within the platform. These currencies:

• Have no real-world monetary value outside the platform
• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement
• Are non-transferable between accounts
• May be forfeited upon account termination

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for virtual currency purchases except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

6. Platform as Intermediary

You acknowledge that:

• Interactions with other users are at your own risk
• We are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from meetings or interactions with other users
• We do not conduct background checks on users
• We are not responsible for any user-generated content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoveDrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoveDrop Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the settings section.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by the courts of Cyprus. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on the platform. Your continued use of LoveDrop after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
